 24 Hours or more       FOC               

Less than 24 Hours    20% forfeited

Less than 4 hours       50% forfeited

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

24 Hours or more        50% forfeited

Less than 24 Hours    100% forfeited

 1.1.          You may reschedule your appointment made at least 4 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date and time at no charge to you.

 

1.2.           You shall not reschedule your appointment made less than 4 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date and time. In which case, this shall constitute a cancellation and you shall be charged 50% of the fee already paid by you as cancellation fee.

 

1.3.           You shall be charged 20% of the fee already paid by you as cancellation fee for any cancellation made at least 4 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date and time.

 

1.4.           You shall be charged 50% of the fee already paid by you as cancellation fee for any cancellation made less than 4 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date and time.

 

1.5.           Any refund other than as stated in sub-clauses 7.2 to 7.4 above shall be subjected to a 10% administrative fee.

 

1.6.           All refunds will be made within 14 working day.
